How does it work?

The Featured Ads that are shown are randomly selected amongst all the Featured Ads in that location. This is done randomly to guarantee that all users will have the same chance to appear.
This is why it’s possible that your ad will not always show up in the Featured Ads section.

How much will the visits to my ad increase?

The goal of Featured Ads is to increase the visibility of your ad.
Results of an internal study show with Featured Ads, on average, 8 times more people will see your ad compared to regular ads. On the categories with the most ads you can get as many as 20 times the visibility.

How do I buy a Featured Ad?

You can buy a Featured Ad from the last step of the posting process which confirms that your ad has been published or from My Account.
The process is straightforward. You select whether you want to buy a Home Page Featured Ad or a Top of the Listings and Search Results Featured Ad or both. You select how many weeks you want to feature your ad for.
You are then taken to the payment page with a variety of payment options. Your item will then go in a queue to be approved by our Customer Service Team. Once it’s approved you will receive an email confirmation.

How much does it cost?

Home Page Featured Ads cost $10 per Month.

Top of the Listings and Search Results Featured Ads cost:

$4 per Month for ads in subcategories:

• Cars
• House – Apartments for Sale
• House – Apartments for Rent
• All the subcategories in Jobs
• Advertising

$2 per Month for ads in all other subcategories.

Home Page Featured Ads are not available for ads in Personals.

How long will my ad appear in the Featured Ads section?

Featured ads are sold for 1 Month (30 days). You can feature your ads for up to Many Months.

I don't see my ad in the Featured Ads area

If you bought a Featured Ad and don’t see it in the designated area, please:

• Verify you received an email confirmation confirming your featured ad was approved by Customer Service. It may take up to 24 hours for Featured Ads to be approved.
• Verify the start and end dates for your Featured Ad in the email confirmation.
• Remember that your ad is in “rotation” with others in the same category and location so it’s not always shown. As a rule of thumb, in any given day there won’t be more than 18 ads in “rotation” in a category in a given city so your ad will be shown approximately once every three times the page is loaded for Featured Ads at the top of the Listings and Search Results.
• If you still see an error, contact our Customer Service Team.

Why can't I modify my ad?

To guarantee a good experience to the visitor (who may have bookmarked your ad), we don’t allow Featured Ads to be modified until the Featured Ad option expires.

If you want to make changes to your ads, you have two options:

• Wait until the Featured Ad option ends, change your ad and buy the Featured Ad option again, or
• For really important changes contact our Customer Service Team.

Terms of service

These terms of service cover the usage of Featured Ads and are additional to our general Terms of Service.

• As proof of payment for a Featured Ad, theadspk.com will only issue an “Order Confirmation” that you will see at the end of the payment process and an email confirmation.
• If for some reason, whether technical or of any nature, your ad is not showed in the “Featured Ad” area, our responsibility is limited only to putting it there as soon as we are able to.
• All data collected with this service is governed by our privacy policy.
• Ads which are offensive, pornographic, spam, potential scams or infringe copyrights will not be featured.
• Ads which are offensive, pornographic, spam (duplicate listings), potential scam or infringe copyrights will not be featured and the payment will not be reimbursed.
• Pyments will not be refund.
